Setting up NewsReader in Outllok 2003

I followed the direction and added the New button to the Go menu and the
accessed the newsgroups. I then added the news.microsoft.com new server and
posted a few items to a couple of newgroups. I then closed the new reader.
When I go back into Outlook 2003 the News buttons is not on the go menu and I
cannot go into the add it again because it does now show up in the
Customiize/Categoreis/Go menu under Add/Remove buttons.

Any help will be appreciated.
