setting up new outlook from old one?

hi,
I have outlook 2007 installed on my current laptop, upgraded from
2003. I have emails in my inbox and personal folders. I think my
current settings are pulling the emails off exchange permanently as
when i setup outlook on my desktop, none of the emails in my inbox
from my laptop were there and any emails my desktop received then
never showed up in my laptop.

Is there a way to fix this, as we just got new laptops and i want to
make sure any environment i'm in my emails keep coming and also is
there a way to move everything (personal folder and my current inbox
emails) to the new laptop?

Thanks.

Change your delivery location back to the Exchange mailbox, stop and restart
Outlook, and then copy or move all the items in the PST's default folders
back to their corresponding Exchange mailbox folders.
