setting up intranet and transferring websites between 2 unconnecte

i have devised a web site with FP2003 at home and wish to now put this
website on my work computer running on w2k with IIS.
a number of questions:
1. how do i transfer the website from within FrontPage, with all its folders
to the work computer (i was thinking of putting files on a CD or usb drive)
2. do i need any special software to run the website on the work computer?
(i dont have Sharepoint services or FP server extensions)
3. where do i put the transferred website on the work computer?
