Setting up FrontPage Web Sites

I want to set up a spare server as a local web server and
use Front Page to develop an Intranet / extranet
application. I appreciate i need to install Front Page
extensions. Is there an idiots guide to setting up the
server end of what is required ? I have been looking
around but as yet have not found anything.
