I have a hotmail account but I like Outlook much better. Is there a way to
configure Outlook 2003 to pickup my hotmail email and still retain the full
functionality of Outlook 2003? If so, will I be able to use the contacts that
I'll setup in Outlook to address emails, or do have to go to the hotmail
folder?

Outlook 2003 supports http access to hotmail accounts. Tools, email
accounts... choose HTTP.
