setting up email account on windows mail

I am having problems setting up my e-mail on windows mail. I currently
have an e-mail account with ATT and i don't know if the incoming server and
the outgoing server are. Can you help?

Which division of AT&T? They are a conglomeration of many different
companies. If your account was formerly with SBC, the settings are here:
