Setting up Doc Link and Return

Is there a way I can set up a link/bookmark in a document to go somewhere,
but then have that somewhere location link me back to the original location
fairly automatically? I suppose I could do this with creating another
bookmark at the second location to link me back to the first location...but I
was looking for something a little more automatic? Any suggestions?

When you click a hyperlink, the web toolbar appears. The web toolbar has a
back button. Not good enough?
