Front Page does not include this functionality "out of
the box". You can certainly learn to program or pay
someone to program this for you.
Unless your potential list is huge and would thus warrant
the effort, I would suggest you stick with the low tech
solution: have the form send you an email with the
person's name and address or their desire to un-
subscribe. Use these emails to maintain an addressee list
in your email program.

I wanted to know how I could program a form in which a
visitor can type in his email address, that address is
added to a database of other subscribed email adds and I
can send out a newsletter to all these emails once a
month. And also when they receive the first "welcome
email" they should have the option of unsubscribing to
the list. Any ideas?
