Can anyone tell me how to set up a duel boot system with
Windows 98 and Windows 2000? I would start form a
completely clean system. Or maybe you can tell me where
to get some info about it.

Thanks,
Joshua

Install Windows 98 first on a FAT32 partition (Drive C) using
its startup diskette. Follow by booting the computer with the
Windows 2000 cdrom and install it. Check the Microsoft Knowledge
Base for more information or get a good Windows 2000 textbook.

You need to decide first how much space to give each
operating system. and set up an additional space for data
always keep data specific to whatever operating system
seperate from the other.

I would do this, partition your primary drive into 3
seperate partitions, give w98 at least 4-5 Gig of space,
Give W2k at least 5 Gig, and the additional space for data
set up seperate folders on that free space for w2k and w98
so they don't get confused, then install w98 first, after
the install is completely sucessful, all hardware works,
and etc, then install w2k, I would recommend using FAT32
to keep compatability with w98, you can always convert to
NTFS later. w2k will see the w98 install and setup the
boot menu for you.
