SETTING UP A WAN

A

Andrew Marks

I am running a win2000 network.

I have interstate offices.

I have commissioned a telco to set up a WAN link between
our offices.

On completion, I will theoretically Have a wan
implemented. However, can someone guide me as to what
has to be done on my domain controller to tell it that
there is a wan out there?

The remotes offices will not have any servers, just
laptops and desktops and will need to log into our
central office through the wan to authenticate on the
domain.

regards,

Andrew

easiest way is to set up a separate Terminal
Server "member server" and have your remote clients
access via remote desktop connection.
