Setting up a small network and user

Hi,
Im trying to add a set of 10 computers running windows 2000 to a
network administered by a windows 2000 server.
1. What would be the easiest way to do this?
2. I have a list of 200-300 users that i need to add, i have an excel
file with the details i need, is there an easy way of adding users
straight to the users list without having to type in the names
manually?
