setting send account

After I have composed a message, I click on "accounts" to choose the account
to send from, however the message always seems to send from the default
account and not the one I have chosen?
 
Choose the acct before you write the message & before you press the Send
button. It should say "this will be sent using xxxx acct." at the top above
the To box. Are you sure the secondary acct is set up correctly?
