Sending & Receiving when have multiple email accounts

I have 4 seperate email accounts setup in Outlook 2003. I have chosen the
one I want to use as default but am not receiving all the messages for this
account. I only know this because the account I am using as default on one
computer is also on another computer. On the second computer it is not set
as the default. Also when I send some messages Outlook will choose a
different account and also send a copy to the default account. What do I
need to do to ensure that the default account receives all messages and is
capable of sending all messages I may need to?

For what mail account type? If POP3 make sure you have the account on either
computer configured to leave the messages on the server for x days or only 1
computer can collect it.

As for your sending issue; do you have Office 2003 Service Pack 2 installed
already?
