Setting Repeat Messages in Outlook

Hello!

This is my very first post. I work in the training department for a
healthcare system in Knoxville, TN; some of the courses we offer are Computer
courses. We have had a learner ask if we can help with an issue she is
having. She is needing to set a repeating message to be sent each Friday and
every other Wednesday for payroll reminders. Neither I, or our Computer
Instructor, is very familiar with this. Can anyone help? TIA!
