Setting Policy

Hi,

I have a user with Windows XP Pro. The PC is connected to a Novell 4.12
server.

Unfortunately after running fine for a few months he now has problems
with Drive mapping i.e. there aren't any. Looking at Microsoft's
Knowledge base I found an article No:831998 that said it might be due to
Fast Login Optimization and I should turn it off.

To do this it says enable th following policy on the Windows XP client
computer.

Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Logon\Always wait
for the network at computer startup and logon

This is all good and well, but how do I enable this? Also am I on the
right track with this solution?

Try gpedit.msc. If that doesn't work, run mmc and add the snapin - See:
