Setting Password for Browser use

I would like to require a password for IE before any
browsing is possible. I would like to restrict Internet
Browsing by requiring a password after activating IE.

You could try some software of ours called Browse Control, which
will allow you to block things like IE and any other application that
you want as well as offering you many more options in Internet Access
Control.
