Setting "On" for Numlock Dun work.

I have set the Numlock in my Bios to be turned on when i booted up
so typing in password can be done without pressing Numlock everytimes.
But it seems that the numlock doesn't light up even it's set to be turned on
upon boot up in Welcome Screen.

Anyone knows why?
