Setting Margins & Tabs

I have Windows XP. I'm trying to set new default page
margins and tabs/ruler. When I open a new page using
Word Perfect 10 I want my settings automatically there.
How do I do this so I have new default margins???
 
Word Perfect is a Corel product and has nothing to do with windows XP. Try
one of the many Corel newsgroups.
