Setting DOS window sizees

I have several DOS utilities and apps that I use
regularly. I would like to set each for an optimal window
size (ie. 80x50 for xxx, 65x24 for yyy).
I can't set the initial size in the shortcut Screen tab as
the option is greyed out. When I set the screen size under
the NTVDM properties Layout tab when the app is running,
it applies it to all DOS apps, no matter what option I
choose.
I have searched XP Help, MS site and Google.

Anyone out there have a suggestion?

Thanks,
John Massey

I use Mike Lin-WindowSizer-Last1:
http://www.mlin.net/misc.shtml
but never tried it on DOS window.

Any advise is my attempt to contribute more than I have received but I can only assure you that it works on my PC. GOOD LUCK.
