Setting DHCP server to reject by MAC address

Hi,
I wondered whether there is some way to reject ip
leasing of DHCP server by client's mac address.
Notice, that I don't want to reserve IP's to MAC addresses
which I know is possible but doing the vice versa by
rejecting some.

DHCP has no feature to reject IP addresses based on MAC address.
