setting default picture viewer

Hi
I downloaded a photomanipulation program named VicMan. I
decided I didn't like it and removed it. Problem I now
cannot view any pictures without right clicking to use
the Open with option. I cannot figure out how to set the
default viewer back to either explorer or the microsoft
viewer.
I thought it would be but have found no help on line.

Right click on one of your photos.
Click on Open with on the opening menu.
Click on Choose program on the opening list.
Click on what you want on the opening list and click the box "Always
open...."
