Setting Default Paper Size in IE using GPO?

Hi,

Is it possible to set the default paper size in IE using group policy? I
would like to make sure that it is set to A4 and not Letter.

IE 6 does not have separate settings for paper size. It uses the settings
of the default printer selected. To make sure IE always uses the default
printer see this article (and the registry change therein):

Internet Explorer may not use the default system printer if you change
printers
