Setting Clip-size/length...

First time user question.

MovieMaker (v2.x) seems to "randomly" set the clip-size
(?) Is it possible to over-ride this seemingly wanton
behavior -- such that the clip-size is X number of
seconds/minutes, etc ???

It's not random... see the Auto Clip Detection info on the Importing Source
Files > Video > Intro page of www.papajohn.org
