Setting a background to a FrontPage document.

I am trying to use a photo as a background to a FrontPage document but it
keeps inserting it in quarters and not a a whole picture. What can I do to
rectify this please?

It's not a FrontPage document. It's an HTML document, and it must obey all
the rules of HTML. Background images in HTML can be tiled, but they cannot
be stretched.
