Set up link to backup specific directories on c-drive

I have been given the task to set up an backup of specific
files on the c-drive.
My boss wants an icon, which will be one click to do this
backup to an internal CD-R.

I can do this by goinging into the backup in system tools,
but I can not figure out how to set up a short cut, with
the specific directories he wants.

Any thoughts?

In the backup tool, schedule this backup for the future.
In the Scheduled Tasks, open the Properties of this task and cut/paste the
command line into a bat file.
Delete the Scheduled Task.
Create a minimzed shortcut to the bat file on the desktop.
