Set Up IIS

I am tryign to publish a website and I want to try it locally first to save bandwidth consumption with the hosting I purchase. I know I need to set up IIS but I hvae no idea on how to do that

FYI I intend to use FP as the tools to design my web. I wonder if anyone out there know how to configure IIS
