Set-Up for auto turnoff of modem after exit of Express

Can anyone help me with Windows XP set-up feature that
automatically provides a disconnect box for the modem
after exit from Explorer and Outlook Express?
 
Mike,
On the menu bar: Tools->Options->Connections. Uncheck the box for
disconnecting.
