Hi,

In our organisation we have outlook 2003 with exchange 2003. We want
to auto-archive the items to a special drive(K:). How can we simple
change the outlook clients? We have 400 clients. I have already tried
with the outlook 2003 adm file, but you can set almost everything but
the path is inpossible.

Please help me.

Then you need another method of archiving. Check out an enterprise archive
solution such as KVS.

Note that although you could manually specify the archive folder path in
Outlook, MS does not support accessing PST files on a network/WAN drive. You
will have performance problems (esp. with that number of clients) and likely
experience data corruption and loss.

PST files are not the answer here - if you need to archive, you need the
server to handle this directly.
