Set Up Cntrl Alt & Del Log In On XPPro StandAlone System

Dear Sir

How Do You Set Up "Cntrl, Alt & Del" Log In On a XPPro
StandAlone System.. Is there a way other then not having
to confgure loggging onto a domain server?

Just want it to be a stand alone with the old nt & win 2000
interface & security..
