Set up an e-mail account in MS Exchange Server

Would you please step me through what the setup is like to set up an e-mail account that can be seen simultaneously/concurrently from two separate computers connected to my LAN. I currently have an e-mail account (e.g. (e-mail address removed)) and I would like that 2 users to have simultaneous access to this e-mail using Outlook 2003. The users should see the changes/messages/folders etc. in real time and being able to read and reply messages concurrently.
