set up a second email address but cannot receive mail

I have set up a second email address under my user account. When I do the
Test Account Settings after completing the setup info, I get message; Log
onto incoming mail server (POP3). Outlook could not connect to the incoming
POP3 mail sesrver because your mailbox on the server was in use....
I have tried some different fixes, but still cannot receive mail.. I can
receive it on my original email address, though...
 
Sounds like there's an issue on your ISPs server. Have you tried contacting
them about the error/issue?
