Set Outlook 2000 as default mail handler-undo Outlook Express-default mail handl

How do I change my default mail handler to Outlook 2000
from Outlook Express 5? The undo option in Outlook
Express 5 is unavailable and I do not see and cannot find
in Help Topics or in online KnowledgeBase anything to
address this problem. I want to be able to send email
from a webpage using Outlook 2000 because I can send from
specific email accounts.

Any suggestions are welcomed and I thank you.

from Outlook Express 5?

Open IE and click Tools>Internet Options. Then click the "Programs" tab.
In the E-mail drop-down, select "Microsoft Office Outlook". Click OK.
