Outlook as default mail handler

I have Outlook and Outlook Express on my computer.
Outlook Express is set as my default mail handler. (I
did NOT select that) How do I change Outlook to my
default mail handler?

Which Outlook version?
From Help in 2002 - Tools > Options > Other > Under General, select the Make
Outlook the default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar check box

I'm using Outlook 2000 on XP Pro and 2K Pro.
