Set OE as default client

When I try to set OE as default the dropdown list in Options/programs only
lists Outlook. How do I switch over to OE?
 
Try starting Outlook Express (msimn.exe) with the /reg command line switch.
This should be enough to get the program listed again in IE so you can set
it as the default mail client.
