In my Outlook I have about 30 PST folders with an average of 15-20 sub
folders in each one. I want to have a default setting for viewing the folders
which is Reading Pane off and Auto Preview on. I am finding that I need to
change each individual file and subfile. I could go in 1 at a time and change
the settings, which would take forever, but then if I want to change the
settings again, I have to go back in and change them all again. Surely there
is a default setting for viewing all folders? My IT department says there is
not.
In previous versions of Outlook this was not a problem. I believe I am
running Office 2003 right now. Is there a way to do a global change for the
viewing settings?
