SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

When I try to boot into XP (Pro) It take's a long time at the graphical
boot logo..than I get the blue screen of death saying
"SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED".
XP used to work before this happened..I dont know why it did this all
of a sudden.

Using a Dell Inspiron 8000 Pentium 2
