session3_initialization failed

Have a pc that when it boots, it goes about 3/4 through the windows startup
screen, then the BLUE screen with the following comes up. This happens in
safe mode too..

STOP Ox0000006F

SESSION3_INITIALIZATION FAILED

Any ideas??
