Services

When I go into control panel,Admin Tools I double click or right click and open I get a message asking what program do I want to use,I don,t seem to have any program to open the services,can anyone help please,if I right click on my computer onthe desktop I can access services that way,hope someone can help

You need to setup a file association for MSC filetypes. You can do that from the Tools menu in Explorer. Select Folder Options and then File Types tab
Action will be &Ope
Application used to perform action will be C:\WINDOWS\system32\mmc.exe "%1" %*

I,m sorry but you will have to explain abit more
simpler,I can,t find the option you are saying,step by
step please I,m not well up on computers,sorry about this,

A simpler way: When asked what program to open it with, respond with mmc.ex

If the path is needed, or you need to Browse it to the location its C:\WINDOWS\system32 (where the mmc.exe resides)
