Hello,
I have an XP Pro client in an SBS 2003 Domain, my issue is anytime a user
starts a particulare w/s (this is the only one it happens to) serveral of
the services
are stopped, I go into the EV and there are services like the Windows
Firewall not started, Themes, System Restore, etc..

Thanks for the help, Craig

The First Question Of Troubleshooting: what changed between the time
things worked and the time they didn't?

The Second Question of Windows Troubleshooting: what is the
malware/virus status of the machine? If you think it is clean, what
programs (and versions) did you use to determine this?

Be sure the computer is clean:

Thanks,
I replaced the old computer with this new one, we're using Trend Micro for
AV and Spy Sweeper for the
anti-spyware(all updated versions). This actually started as soon as I
joined the w/s to the domain.

Then I don't know. You will need to see what is different about this
computer from the ones where things work and only you (or a
professional on-site) can do that. Perhaps it is SpySweeper. You might
also want to post in one of the server groups. Here is a list of all
the MS newsgroups:
