services slowing down pc on winxp pro ed sp2 build 2600

my pc is slowed by services.exe procces.. i scanned all pc by antiviruses and
by adaware nothing found .. ): i saw similar bug on windows 2k but i using
winxp help please ..
 
Start>Run>type SERVICES.MSC and press OK
This will open the listing of all your services running and/or not running.
You can open the below URL which gives a listing of services required, may
