I used blackviper's recommendations for XP pro in services.msc. Now whenever I try to open services.msc, there is a major lag and delay when click on it and my Outlook has a major lag and it freezes up regularly and wont even open new messages. Please help

Try the faqs on BVs site. There's help for problems. It might be
messenger.
