Security Center Will Not Start at Bootup

Hi there !

Whenever my computer starts, the Security Center is disabled. I can run
services.msc and start it manually.

I have set Security Center to 'automatic' and have set 'recovery' to
're-start the service', but each time the computer starts the Security
Centre is stopped and a check with services.msc shows that it has been
disabled again.

Using Win XP SP2.

Any advice would be appreciated.
