Windows XP services.exe

Running a Dell Inspiron 5150 wirh xp home and 2 gb memory.
services.exe conumes from time to time more than 30% CPU capacity.
Checked for other placements than w32 but find nothing.
Any advice?
 
Stop any Services you do not require.

Post a list of your Services if you need further help.
