Services Being automatically disabled on boot.

PLEASE HELP!!
I have a customer with a Toshiba Laptop and about once a month he brings
it to me and all of the services, (I Really mean ALL) have been disabled the
first time I thought it was a fluke or a grandkid, the second time I
disabled Adaware from being automatic and changing system stuff, and any
other maintenance program that could be causing it, The gentleman has called
and it has occurred again, he will be in town next week and I was wondering
if anyone had a clue were to begin.

It may be happening to a logged on domain account going into "Lock Computer"
state. In the "Local Security" console, there is a option to terminate a
connection after a certain time.
