You may need to post over in the updates group where SP2 has/is/will be
discussed. You don't say if this is the first attempt - if you are
downloading from MS - trying to install from the free disc - have you read
any of the MS references as to how to prepare, download and install SP2?
For many it has not been straight forward - plus you will have another 80-90
plus updates to follow after you have installed SP2 - and that may open
another can of worms.
All these points may be required before help can be given.

I am not sure how to find it in the web interface you are using as I use
newsgroups, where your thread is on view.
It should be easy to search though.
