Servicepack 2

I've tried to install servicepack 2 a few times and everytime I have the same
problem. After I have installed it and I try to shut down my computer it
stucks in the "Windows is shutting down" window and then nothing happens. I
have to shut it down with the button.

Hi,

While I can't give you an exact reason for the computer hanging, you may
want to read these articles pertaing to the installation of SP2. It's a lot
to digest, but following these procedures *should* result in a painless
