Service "rimsptsk" can´t be started

Hello,

i´m running a german windows xp including all updates. Suddenly in event
manager i can see the entry [The service "rimsptsk" can´t be started.....].
The source is [Service Control Manager] and the event is [7000].

I figured out that service is related with the Ricoh Device manager. But in
windows explorer i can use the SD-Slot. Btw - i use an ASUS-L5842GXUP
Notebook.

The only thing i can´t test is the Memeory Stick device as i don´t own a
memory stick.

When i tried to start the service manually by typing [net start rimsptsk] or
[sc start rimsptsk] in dos windows i receive the error message: [System
error 1058 occured. The service couldn´t be started . It´s disabled or not
connected with active devices]

Does anyone have a solution for that? Somehow i feel uncomfortable to see a
red entry in event manager.
