Service Question- spsrvnt

Does anyone know what service "spsrvnt" is...? It keeps wanting to load (and
isn't there) and is writing an error to my log every five minutes...

Well, it's not writing to the event log unless it loads
(at least partially), so perhaps the service manager
or the calling service is writing those events?

I don't know what it is but if I had something similar
then I would search first my %SystemRoot% directories
(and perhaps other obvious places) and then the Registry
for that string (i.e., sprsvnt)
