service pk uninstall files.

I installed service pack 1 and everything is OK. When I
try & delete the uninstall file I get a message saying:
moving, remaming or deleting $NtServicePackUninstall$
could make some programs not work.

Is it safe to delete this uninstall file without
affecting other programs?
