For what are all the reason we use sevice pack

why is that some software recomends service pack 2 as
option

why service pack 4 is not recommended

i want immediately

I'm sure that the reason why Service Pack 2 is listed is simply a matter of the
lowest level of acceptability. Thus SP2 would be the lowest service pack that
you would need to use a specific software. Service Pack 3 and 4 would also be
acceptable as they also incorporate service pack 2.
